Steps to make 蔓越莓花卷

  • 1.首先用面包机按和面的程序:用温水将干酵母充分融化,再倒入面粉、细砂糖、色拉油,按发面团和面,时间大约一个半小时,就可以拿到发好的面团了。
  • 2.将面团排气,放入紫山药泥,和成带紫色的面团。
  • 3.将面团擀成带长方形的面片。
  • 4.在面片上刷点清水。
  • 5.洒上切细的蔓越莓碎末。
  • 6.然后向内分三份折好。
  • 7.再切成若干份。
  • 8.拿一块宽点的放下面,窄点的放上面,用一概竹签在中间用力一压到底就成形了。
  • 9.放在铺了垫纸的蒸笼盖上盖醒15分钟,冷水下锅,中大火蒸约15分钟即成。
