【压轴大菜】——皇家咖喱蟹
吃蟹的好时节到来了~新鲜的飞蟹都用来清蒸了,剩下的呢~用来做个咖喱蟹是个不错的选择哦~!

  • 洋葱半个
  • 芹菜2棵
  • 红椒一个
  • 香菜1棵
  • 椰浆1罐

Steps to make 【压轴大菜】——皇家咖喱蟹

  • 1.洋葱切丝,芹菜切段,红椒切丝,香菜切段
  • 2.将筷子插入飞蟹的尾部,然后将壳完整的剥离
  • 3.然后将飞蟹切成块
  • 4.锅中油热后放入葱姜丝
  • 5.加入洋葱炒香
  • 6.加入适量咖喱酱(我用的是油咖喱)
  • 7.加入适量姜黄粉
  • 8.倒入椰浆
  • 9.将飞蟹入锅
  • 10.沸腾后加入适量的干苹果粒
  • 11.加入适量的淡奶油
  • 12.调入适量盐
  • 13.放入芹菜段和红椒丝
  • 14.喜欢吃辣的朋友可以加一点点辣椒油
  • 15.大火收汁即可~最后用香菜点缀
