很简单的一款小零食,甜甜的,红薯条内心是软糯的,自家做的不加任何添加剂,宝宝吃的开心,妈妈安心*

Steps to make 自制无添加红薯条❗️宝宝零食烤红薯干( 适合20个月以上婴幼儿辅食)

  • 1.红薯一个洗干净后去皮(约400克)。
  • 2.切条(粗细和手指差不多,不要太薄,要有厚度)。
  • 3.上锅蒸熟(约10-15分钟)。
  • 4.这是蒸好的红薯条,稍微散热气。
  • 5.烤网上铺上油纸,把红薯条均匀的放上去,中间留空隙。
  • 6.风炉90℃-100℃烤90分钟,(用的是卡士的空气炸烤箱,是小风炉,无论怎么放受热都是均匀的,不用担心烤糊)。
  • 7.烤到60分钟的时候取出来把红薯条翻个面,继续烘烤。
  • 8.自制红薯条大功告成。
  • 9.里面是软的,外皮微干,没有大街上的硬,孩子很容易咀嚼。
  • 10.无添加更健康。
  • 11.放密封罐保存,防止变干。
