椰奶鲜虾南瓜汤
在餐厅点的泰式鲜虾南瓜汤,我不喜欢泰式的那种味道,这是回来后自己DIY的,我更喜欢自己做的口味~~~~

  • 洋葱1/4个
  • 鲜虾8只
  • 椰汁150ml
  • 牛奶50ml

Steps to make 椰奶鲜虾南瓜汤

  • 1.准备材料。
  • 2.南瓜去皮切块;胡萝卜去皮切粒;洋葱切粒;
  • 3.虾去壳去虾线洗净,用开水焯一下捞出加盐、黑胡椒粉拌腌;
  • 4.热油锅,炒香洋葱后倒入南瓜、胡萝卜炒匀炒软;
  • 5.加少许胡椒粉炒匀,加水一杯,煮约10分钟至水份略干,然后盛出;
  • 6.晾凉后的南瓜等倒入搅拌机,加入椰汁、牛奶打成浓汤倒回锅中,
  • 7.加入虾仁,煮开后再稍煮一会儿即可。
