红烧肉东坡肉
东坡肉的来历:据说苏东坡在杭州做刺史的时候,西湖治理的很好。过年时,百姓给他送肉,他命人将肉烧得红红的,分发给民工们,大家更高兴,老的笑,小的跳,人人都有夸苏东坡是个贤明的父母官,把他送来的猪肉叫做东坡肉。

Steps to make 红烧肉东坡肉

  • 1.花了100块钱买回来的肉洗干净。
  • 2.锅里加入葱,姜片和少许花椒烧开后焯水5分钟后捞出。
  • 3.放凉后切成差不多5厘米宽正方形,然后再细绳子像图片一样绑起来防止它逃跑*~*开玩笑的,防止在煮的过程中裂开。
  • 4.冰糖砸碎点倒入锅中加入一点点水开小火熬的焦糖液。
  • 5.熬成焦糖色后倒入和锅中焦糖液差不多两倍刚烧开的水(一定要是刚烧开哦,不然你倒进去之后会让锅中液体四出乱溅,就等于原地爆炸一样)。
  • 6.老姜切成片铺在锅底,上面铺上小葱段。

  • 9.肉皮朝下放在铺上葱姜的锅中。
  • 10.倒入生抽和老抽放入调料包倒入一罐啤酒就开始了烹饪增肥礼物的过程,大火烧开后转小火先炖一个小时。
  • 11.一个小时后翻一面将肉皮朝上继续小火炖一个小时,再翻肉皮朝下炖半个小时关火。
  • 12.这样美味的红烧肉就做好了。
