香葱肉松小蛋糕

  • 1.准备好材料,低筋粉先过筛一遍,香葱去掉葱白切碎
  • 2.细砂糖和鸡蛋倒入打蛋盆内
  • 3.用ACA厨师机开到7档大约8分钟即可打发
  • 4.到这程度,出现清晰纹理并且不容易消失即可
  • 5.低筋粉分2次筛入蛋糊内,每一次都翻拌均匀
  • 6.最后拌匀后的状态
  • 7.取1/5的面糊放入玉米油内拌匀
  • 8.倒回面糊内拌匀
  • 9.放入香葱和肉松,拌匀
  • 10.装入裱花袋内
  • 11.挤入学厨12连花型模内,这里配方的量是正好合适的
  • 12.烤箱170度预热,放入中层,烤制18分钟即可出炉
