Steps to make 炒红果

  • 1.新鲜的山楂洗净待用。
  • 2.用刀从山楂中部划一圈,用手一拧,分成两半,然后就比较容易取出里面的核了。
  • 3.加入适量白砂糖,放置一小会。
  • 4.把山楂放入小锅加入适量水。
  • 5.中小火炖20分钟左右就可以了。
  • 6.炖好后过上一会儿就会变得很粘稠了。直接吃,放凉了吃,冷藏后吃都很好吃的。
