薏仁柠檬蜂蜜水
薏仁是常用的中药.又是普遍常吃的食物,性味甘淡微寒,有利水消肿、健脾去湿、舒筋除痹、清热排脓等功效,为常用的利水渗湿药。主要成分为蛋白质、维生素B1、B2有使皮肤光滑,减少皱纹,消除色素斑点的功效,长期饮用,美白的同时能治疗褐斑、雀斑、面疱,使斑点消失并 滋润肌肤。也被当作节食用品。另外对面部粉刺及皮肤粗糙的有明显的疗效, 同时还对紫外线有吸收能力,其提炼物加入化妆品中还可达到防 晒和防紫外线的效果。 薏仁本身所具有的润泽肌肤美白补湿行气活血调经止痛等功效, 十分卓著应用于皮肤上又具有自然美白效果能提高肌肤新陈代谢与保湿的功能,可以有效阻止肌肤干燥又可使身体轻捷,还可减少患癌的几率。

Steps to make 薏仁柠檬蜂蜜水

  • 1.材料:薏仁一把(用手抓就可以),柠檬半个,蜂蜜少许。
  • 2.薏仁洗净用清水泡一晚上,第二天省时省力。
  • 3.锅里放入水,水多一些也不怕,毕竟是为了喝水嘛。
  • 4.开火煮20分钟,薏米熟透为止。
  • 5.柠檬切两片备用。
  • 6.薏米出锅前5分钟加入柠檬片,喜欢酸的话把剩下的柠檬挤汁加入。喜欢甜的可以加入冰糖。
  • 7.盛入碗里稍稍放凉。大约60度的时候淋入蜂蜜即可。
