蒸三样【芥菜疙瘩黄豆肉皮】
每到秋天我们都要买一些芥菜疙瘩(我们北方一般都叫玉根疙瘩),洗干净用盐腌上,来年拿出来晾干了,再用水泡软蒸着吃或者炒着吃,很下饭的。玉根疙瘩是我们都爱吃的一个咸菜大多人家都会买一些,我也不例外。去年秋买了30多斤,腌了一个冬天前几天拿出来晾干了,让我用水泡了一天见软了就可以做菜吃了,很有咬头的,配上黄豆和肉皮蒸好了就像吃肉一样特香艮啾啾的。是我们都喜欢的一道下饭菜。

  • 1.泡好的黄豆和玉根疙瘩咸菜;
  • 2.肉皮我是先煮熟切成条;
  • 3.各种调料备好;
  • 4.将材料1+2+3放在微波碗里;
  • 5.搅拌均匀;
  • 6.里面倒入少许水,盖上盖子放在蒸锅里蒸一个小时;
  • 7.已经蒸好的下饭菜玉根疙瘩黄豆肉皮完成了。
