家里人不那么耐糯米食物,作为点心,一人2~3个足够,量少用料理机打蔬菜汁比较麻烦的!我选择了果粉,开水泡开,加糯米粉也岀来漂亮的颜色!

  • 1.准备好材料
  • 2.糯米粉里加适量盐,拌匀
  • 3.开水加适量糖粉溶解
  • 4.四个小碟里分别放入一小勺不同色果粉,蓝色和黄色在一起成绿色!分别倒入适量开水溶解
  • 5.分别加入适量糯米粉揉成不同色的面团
  • 6.剩下的糯米粉慢慢加入糖开水揉成白色面团,据自己喜欢的大小分小团,馅也分成若干小团搓圆备用
  • 7.取一团糯米面团包入馅料
  • 8.借助牙签等小工具,发挥想象,搭配颜色面团自由造型
  • 9.水烧开后,下锅,煮到全部浮在表面,熟透后
  • 10.捞出装盘就可
