Steps to make 南瓜坚果糖包

  • 1.南瓜上锅蒸熟,趁热压成南瓜泥。
  • 2.面粉和酵母混合,用南瓜泥和成光滑面团,盖保鲜膜放温暖处发酵。
  • 3.花生、核桃烤熟,擀碎。
  • 4.花生碎、核桃碎、芝麻、红糖、适量面粉拌匀。
  • 5.发酵好的面团。
  • 6.面团取出放案板上按揉排气,搓成长条,切成小剂子。
  • 7.擀成中间稍厚边缘略薄的圆皮。
  • 8.四周向上折起成正方形。
  • 9.翻过来,放上坚果红糖馅。
  • 10.对角向中间捏紧。
  • 11.把漏出馅的相邻两边慢慢从下向上捏紧,封口成四角包(收口一定要捏紧,不然蒸熟后糖汁全漏掉了)。
  • 12.放入蒸笼进行二次发酵,待生坯变得圆润,且体积变大时,冷水上锅蒸,大火烧上汽后转中火蒸15分钟,关火后焖5分钟再开盖。

  • 14.外皮喧软,内馅香甜。
