年宴甜汤—金浆玉液
香醇的南瓜浆(金浆),溶入鲜椰汁和鲜奶(玉液),再搭配上QQ嫩滑的西米露和五彩缤纷的水果,瓜味香醇、奶味浓郁、果甜清脆,无论色彩和营养,都十足讨喜。

Steps to make 年宴甜汤—金浆玉液

  • 1.准备泡发的莲子、西米、南瓜,把椰汁和牛奶混合。
  • 2.八种水果配料。
  • 3.泡发好的莲子去掉莲心,洗净,上锅蒸熟。(蒸熟的莲子很糯而且很美观,不会碎掉)
  • 4.南瓜洗净去皮,切成小块,上锅蒸熟。
  • 5.锅中加入适量水烧开,下入西米煮至中心剩个小白点。(水稍微多点,好煮一点)
  • 6.关火,盖上盖子闷15分钟左右。
  • 7.15分钟后,西米完全透明。
  • 8.蒸好的南瓜放入搅拌机内,加入椰汁和牛奶,调入少许白糖,搅拌5秒左右。(白糖可不加,依据自己喜好)
  • 9.把水果分别处理干净,切成随意形状的小块。
  • 10.取适量水果放入碗中,加入煮好的西米和莲子,倒入金浆玉液即可。
