田园碎花糖霜饼干
淡雅的颜色,清新的碎花,送给闺蜜一片温馨。饼干采用的曲奇底,糖量不多,香酥微甜,配上糖霜不会甜得浓烈。

  • 蛋液25克
  • 低粉140克
  • 香草精一小勺
  • 蛋清一个
  • 糖粉200克

Steps to make 田园碎花糖霜饼干

  • 1.黄油室温软化。
  • 2.加入糖粉搅拌至融合。(不需过分打发,免得饼干不平)
  • 3.分次加入蛋液和香草精搅打均匀,每一次搅拌到蛋液完全与黄油融合后再加下一次(香草精也可不放)
  • 4.筛入低粉,用刮刀拌匀,冷藏松弛一小时。
  • 5.将面团擀成约3毫米厚的片。
  • 6.用模具压出饼干形状,放入烤箱170度烤10-15分钟。
  • 7.将蛋清打至粗泡,加入150克糖粉和适量柠檬汁用打蛋器搅拌成铺米昂糖霜,取出部分加入适量糖粉做成勾线及刷绣用的糖霜。
  • 8.加入适量色素膏,将蛋白糖霜调成所需的颜色。(粉红、玫红、绿色、淡蓝色)
  • 9.将烤好的饼干用牙签勾出线条。
  • 10.先用白色糖霜勾边后铺满整个饼干。
  • 11.用粉红和玫红色在白色糖霜上画圈圈。
  • 12.用牙签在粉红糖霜上画圈,成玫瑰形状,用绿色点叶子,用牙签挑出叶尖。
