Steps to make 龙形寿司

  • 1.准备紫菜2张。
  • 2.拿1张紫菜从中间对半剪开。
  • 3.拿剪开1半的紫菜照图片剪7条细条,或多几条也没事,避免断了有替补的。
  • 4.准备烤鳗鱼1包。
  • 5.把烤鳗鱼从包装袋拿出备用。
  • 6.把烤鳗鱼从中间剪开,再把一边照图片剪7段,头.尾稍长一些。
  • 7.准备黄瓜一段,小辣椒一个。
  • 8.小辣椒从中间对半切开备用。
  • 9.照图片把黄瓜切成10片薄片,去掉两边带皮的,留中间8片备用。
  • 10.照图片把黄瓜切开。
  • 11.把切好的黄瓜片照图片平分拨开备用。
  • 12.准备米饭适量。
  • 13.紫菜平铺菜板上,把米饭均匀的铺在紫菜上面。
  • 14.用手从下往上慢慢卷起。
  • 15.把卷好的紫菜卷饭平均切7段备用。
  • 16.准备一圆盘,把切好的紫菜卷饭照图片摆放盘里。
  • 17.把烤鳗鱼按顺序摆放在紫菜卷饭上。
  • 18.再把剪好的紫菜细条放在烤鳗鱼上,照图片把紫菜条两边往下包好。
  • 19.黄瓜.小辣椒照图片摆放。
  • 20.虾须插在第一个紫菜卷饭的前面当龙的胡须,再拿小辣椒的两颗辣椒子当龙的眼睛。
  • 21.在龙的一边挤出剩下番茄酱,再滴一滴老抽在番茄酱的中间,用牙签从番茄酱中间往外画几条就好。
  • 22.这样就完成了‘龙形寿司‘
