Steps to make 麻辣拌鸡胗

  • 1.鸡胗用热水洗净,备用。
  • 2.准备好卤料
  • 3.锅里放入适量的清水,把卤料和鸡胗都放进去,再加入适量的生抽和料酒。
  • 4.煮20分钟就可以了,不要急着把鸡胗捞出,等它在里面放凉。切的时候可以不烫手,多泡会儿也可以更入味。
  • 5.将鸡胗捞出,切成片。
  • 6.取一只小碗,放入适量的辣椒面和花椒面,适量的盐,鸡精,和葱白。
  • 7.锅里放油,烧到稍微开始冒烟。关火。
  • 8.将油泼到辣椒面上。
  • 9.加入葱花,适量的醋和生抽拌匀。油辣椒就做好了。
  • 10.取适量的辣椒,倒在鸡胗上。
  • 11.拌匀,即可享用啦~
