  • 1.姜切片 蒜拍碎 葱切段。
  • 2.肥牛过热水,焯熟捞出备用。
  • 3.往焯熟的肥牛加入姜葱蒜,一勺白糖,一勺胡椒粉,一勺一品鲜,半勺蚝油,一个鸡蛋捞拌均匀。
  • 4.倒入足量面粉,让肥牛充分沾上面粉。
  • 5.锅里热油,中小火炸3分钟左右即可。
  • 6.应该没有人会拒绝香香脆脆的肥牛吧!
