泰式柠檬猪肉脯

  • 瘦猪肉馅250g
  • 细砂糖40g
  • 鱼露10g
  • 1/2小匙
  • 黑胡椒粉少许
  • 鸡精1小匙
  • 辣椒粉1/2小匙
  • 柠檬皮5g
  • 柠檬汁10g

Steps to make 泰式柠檬猪肉脯

  • 1.准备材料。
  • 2.柠檬取皮,榨汁备用。
  • 3.猪肉馅250g放入碗中,加入A材料中其余食材。
  • 4.拌匀后向一个方向搅拌上劲。
  • 5.加入B材料拌匀。
  • 6.取一半猪肉馅放入保鲜袋内,擀成0.2厘米厚的肉片,冷冻1小时。
  • 7.取出去掉保鲜袋,放在铺了锡纸的烤盘中。
  • 8.柏翠PE5400烤箱中层,上下火180℃,先烤15分钟定型后再翻面烤到两面微焦状态,呈深棕色状态。
  • 9.出炉表面刷一层蜂蜜,放凉后切块即可。
