  • 1.1、土豆去皮,切成片;
  • 2.2、放入德普蒸箱,蒸15min蒸软;
  • 3.3、加入少量的盐,搅拌成土豆泥;
  • 4.4、大虾去壳,留尾部,开背;
  • 5.5、加入盐、鸡精、黑胡椒调味,腌制;
  • 6.6、去少量的土豆泥,放于手心,压平放入一个腌制好的虾,留尾部, 包裹成球;
  • 7.7、土豆泥上沾淀粉;
  • 8.8、再沾鸡蛋液;
  • 9.9、最后沾上面包糠;
  • 10.10、放入德普烤箱中,焙烤模式175度,烤制20min,颜色金黄即可
