  • 1.蛋白和糖粉一起放入打蛋盆中
  • 2.坐在比打蛋盆小里面装入1/4水的奶锅上,小火加热奶锅中的水
  • 3.轻轻搅拌打蛋盆中的蛋白和糖粉
  • 4.直到糖粉完全融化离火
  • 5.用打蛋器搅打蛋白糖粉液
  • 6.搅打至光滑细腻有坚挺的小弯钩
  • 7.打好的蛋白糖霜分成3份放入调色的容器中加入所需要的色素/粉
  • 8.用硅胶挂刀进行调色
  • 9.调好颜色的蛋白糖霜分开放入装了10齿菊花嘴的裱花袋中
  • 10.慢慢的把糖霜推移到裱花口
  • 11.挤制出曲奇的形状
  • 12.撒上星星装饰糖片,放入烤箱中层90度烤制70分钟左右
  • 13.蛋白糖在烤箱中冷却后拿出密封保存。
