日式烤鳗鱼

  • 鳗鱼1条
  • 热水200ml
  • 木鱼花4克
  • 昆布2片
  • 味淋2汤匙
  • 清酒2.5汤匙
  • 酱油2汤匙
  • 蜂蜜1汤匙
  • 1/4茶匙
  • 轻酱油几滴
  • 米饭1碗

Steps to make 日式烤鳗鱼

  • 1.煮一碗米饭。
  • 2.鳗鱼洗净沥干。我买的是速冻处理好的,不用清理去骨什么的。
  • 3.将鳗鱼皮朝下放至在烤架上,并在下面放上一个用锡纸包裹的烤盘,方便清理。将一汤匙清酒倒入一个小碗中,用刷子将清酒刷在鳗鱼上。
  • 4.烤箱预热至100度,将鳗鱼放入烤箱中烤5分钟。取出翻面,再刷上一层清酒,再放入烤箱烤5分钟。
  • 5.将味淋1汤匙,清酒半汤匙,酱油1汤匙,蜂蜜半汤匙放入碗中,调成鳗鱼酱汁。
  • 6.烤箱预热200度,将鳗鱼皮朝下,刷上鳗鱼酱汁,放入烤箱烤10分钟左右。
  • 7.将鳗鱼取出翻面,再刷上酱汁,放入烤箱继续烤10分钟。再翻面,刷酱,烤5分钟。
  • 8.开始制作鳗鱼饭淋汁。将木鱼花和昆布放入一个小碗中,倒入热水,泡5分钟左右。
  • 9.将浸泡过后的水过滤后倒入煮锅中加热
  • 10.倒入半汤匙清酒。
  • 11.再加入盐。
  • 12.加入几滴轻酱油,煮沸后关火。
  • 13.加入1汤匙味淋。
  • 14.加入半汤匙清酒。
  • 15.加入1汤匙酱油。
  • 16.加入半汤匙蜂蜜,开火煮沸,倒出备用。
  • 17.将米饭盛在碗中,淋上鳗鱼饭淋汁。
  • 18.将鳗鱼取出,切小块,放在饭上,再淋上鳗鱼饭淋汁即可。
