特色汤年糕

Details of ingredients

  • 新鲜香菇10个
  • 鸡蛋1个
  • 豆腐1盒
  • 青蒜10根
  • 雪菜半棵
  • 淀粉1勺
  • 料酒1勺
  • 1/2勺
  • 味精1/2勺
  • 辣椒粉1勺(不吃辣的可不放)

Steps to make 特色汤年糕

  • 1.雪菜半棵
  • 2.香菇10个左右
  • 3.肉丝切好后放一点料酒和淀粉抓一下
  • 4.豆腐一盒
  • 5.鸡蛋一个
  • 6.青蒜
  • 7.年糕
  • 8.先把鸡蛋打散,打的时候放一点盐
  • 9.锅里放入少量油把鸡蛋摊成薄饼
  • 10.拿出来切成宽的丝,放在一边待用
  • 11.锅里放入适量油,等油热后放后肉丝炒至变色
  • 12.然后分别放入雪菜 香菇  青蒜杆炒1分钟左右
  • 13.加入水(水没过食材3厘米左右)同时加入豆腐
  • 14.水开后放入年糕(年糕硬的话可于豆腐一起放入多煮会儿)
  • 15.再次水开后放蒜叶,盐和味精调味就可以出锅了(吃辣的朋友也可这时放些辣椒粉)
  • 16.盛出后把先前的蛋皮放上就可以吃咯
  • 17.放了辣椒粉的~
