牛肉西红柿馅的这是第二次包了,第一次没经验,味道调的不好,第二次加了十三香,味道好多了。饺皮呢,是超市里买的成品。因为实在没那功力擀出饺皮。

  • 1.生姜切碎榨汁,去渣留汁。
  • 2.西红柿顶部打十字花刀,用开水烫一下,撕去外皮,切成小块,放一边自然出水。
  • 3.牛肉剁碎,加入西红柿,姜汁,生抽,香葱(记得切碎),盐,味精,十三香,食用油。
  • 4.成品出来喽。包的步骤省略了哈,两只手忙着包饺子,没法拍照呢。
  • 5.这一步就不用交代了吧?大家肯定都会的。哈哈哈……
