脆皮孜然烤鸡腿
在无数次想砸了机器后,终于把如何烧烤给研究明白了。 冰箱里取6只大鸡腿出来,随便问了声  “你想吃什么口味的~~”,结果那边厢回答我说“孜然”,我说那等我买羊肉了再烤吧,某人执意不肯,一天也不肯多等了,那就先拿鸡腿试试微波炉 哈哈  烤的效果好 再换比较贵的食材  恩恩    哈哈

    Steps to make 脆皮孜然烤鸡腿

    • 1.所有材料。
    • 2.鸡腿解冻后  剔骨处理,可以保留骨头  我觉得比较好看些~~~。
    • 3.用料理机把干辣椒和孜然大颗粒打碎,(家里没有孜然粉和辣椒粉了),加入适量的料酒。
    • 4.然后加入3大勺孜然粉一勺辣椒粉,稍微拌匀后加入一勺糖和适量的盐,最后加入2勺蚝油。
    • 5.和2勺生抽。
    • 6.一大勺的麻油。
    • 7.和孜然颗粒。
    • 8.盐....用手把腌料和鸡腿充分混合,不停马杀鸡,我大概按摩了15分钟,反正一边看电视嘛~~~
    • 9.充分混合后,用叉子把每只鸡腿正反面都叉出些小洞。
    • 10.不过我在一边看宫心计的同时一边用珠针不停的扎鸡皮的一面 哈哈哈 跟着剧情需要  每只鸡腿都被我充分的“针灸”了 相信一定会很入味。
    • 11.最后放入保鲜盒,放在冰箱里保存就可以啦,我是放了2天后再拿出来滴。
    • 12.皮向下,放在烤架上,先用中火,变频烧烤模式烤7分钟,时间到后 翻转鸡腿,在鸡皮上均匀的涂上蜂蜜,用光波脆烤继续中火烤3分钟,鸡皮上色且变脆后 就可以开吃啦!!
