Steps to make 双色肉酱面

  • 1.把两个鸭蛋的蛋清和蛋黄分开备用。
  • 2.在两个碗里分别加入面粉,揉成团。
  • 3.分别擀成一样大小的面皮。
  • 4.用蛋清面皮把蛋黄面皮包起来。
  • 5.在面皮表面撒上面粉,再把面皮卷起来。
  • 6.把它切成薄片。
  • 7.沿着头把它展开。
  • 8.再撒上些面粉,以防粘连。
  • 9.烧开水,煮煮熟。
  • 10.捞出,放到凉水里备用。
  • 11.锅里放油,炒肉糜,至变白,乘出备用。
  • 12.用余下的油炒番茄酱,再加入肉糜,盐,老抽,煸炒一会儿。
  • 13.捞出面条,放入锅中,使酱汁均匀的包裹在面条上即可出锅。
