Steps to make 炒板栗

  • 1.买回的新鲜板栗,用清水清洗干净,沥干水分。
  • 2.找一个瓶盖,把板栗放到瓶盖中间,用刀轻轻的从上面切一道口,这样切板栗很省事。
  • 3.切好后的板栗再用水清洗干净。
  • 4.把板栗放到平底锅中,加入清水,没过板栗。
  • 5.用一个玻璃的锅盖盖上,便于观察里面的情况,开中火煮20分钟。
  • 6.煮至水快干时,用铲子反复翻炒,翻炒至锅内汤汁收干即可出锅了。
  • 7.秋季,又到吃板栗季节,不仅软糯香甜,而且健脾补肾、延年益寿。
