油闷茭白---简单一步让油闷菜有滋有味
一般在做油闷菜的时候都是先放油再放主料,然后调味的。但这里我教各位童鞋一个小窍门,冷锅放油后先加入适量的生抽,拌匀后再点火热油锅,然后放入主料,接下来的顺序就都是一样滴啦。这样做能让菜下锅受热时将生抽的味道吸收到菜里去,让你的油闷菜变的有滋有味的!用这个方法来做油闷茄子,油闷辣椒。。。。。。都是可以滴!

Steps to make 油闷茭白---简单一步让油闷菜有滋有味

  • 1.茭白洗净切成小的滚刀块,并用热水烫一下。
  • 2.冷锅放少许油。
  • 3.在冷油中倒入适量的生抽,并搅拌均匀。然后点火,把油锅烧到五成热。
  • 4.加入茭白翻炒。
  • 5.加入两小勺糖。一般糖都要最后放,但我比较习惯在调味的时候就放,我觉得这样能让菜更好的入味,味道也更容易掌握。
  • 6.加入少量的水煮一会。
  • 7.如果觉得颜色淡可再加适量的老抽调色。
  • 8.等水基本烧干后,加入鸡精。再翻炒一下。
  • 9.最后撒上葱花。
  • 10.好了,出锅!开吃!
  • 11.再来一张!
