西班牙的Sangria,水果红酒,带着浓浓的异域风情,简单易做,口味独特。
缤纷水果、糖浆、朗姆酒,增加了红酒的味道层次,肉桂更是赋予红酒迷人的香气。

Details of ingredients

  • 红酒300ml
  • 细砂糖45g
  • 冷水45ml
  • 柠檬3片
  • 甜橙1/4个
  • 苹果1/4个
  • 水蜜桃1/4个
  • 西柚1/4个
  • 砂糖橘1/2个
  • 肉桂1根
  • 朗姆酒30ml
  • 苏打水250ml

Steps to make 水果红酒

  • 1.准备水果红酒中必备的柑橘类水果,如甜橙、砂糖橘。柚类西柚也不错。柠檬用盐洗净。选择市售普通的红葡萄酒即可。
  • 2.选加其他水果,如苹果、水蜜桃等。
  • 3.柠檬切片,苹果切片,其他水果切块备用。
  • 4.把冷水和细砂糖放入锅中,小火加热,熬制成浓稠的糖浆,盛出备用。把红酒、水果、肉桂放入锅中小火慢煮,直至水果出汁,红酒颜色渗入果肉。关火后加入糖浆、朗姆酒。冬季可以直接趁热饮用。夏季则放凉后倒入玻璃器皿中,冰箱冷藏一夜。
  • 5.夏季根据喜好加冰调味饮用,可以加苏打水、气泡水、雪碧等饮料。
  • 6.水果的清香、红酒的甘烈,二者融合碰撞,味道非常特别。
