Steps to make 白吉馍

  • 1.面粉中加酵母粉,分次加水,搅拌成面穗。

  • 4.取一个面剂,搓成橄榄形长条。再擀成薄片。
  • 5.将其卷起来,立起。
  • 6.然后轻轻按扁。即成白吉馍的毛坯。依次做完。
  • 7.取一个毛坯,轻轻擀成碗状的形状。
  • 8.碗底”朝下,将其放入饼铛烙制。
  • 9.烙制焦黄色以后,翻面再烙。大约5分钟即可熟透。
  • 10.出锅即可食用。
