Steps to make 面筋塞肉

  • 1.肉馅加料酒、生抽、香油、胡椒粉、五香粉、盐、葱姜碎,拌匀调味,要稍微略咸一点儿
  • 2.炸面筋球用筷子捅个洞,再用筷子在内堂旋一下,扩大内堂,但注意不要戳破底部
  • 3.将肉馅塞入面筋球
  • 4.每个面筋球都塞入肉馅
  • 5.砂锅底部铺满圆白菜叶或大白菜叶,这个随自己喜欢
  • 6.把面筋球放在菜叶上
  • 7.加水至面筋球的一半高度(喜欢喝汤的就多加点,冬天喝口热汤很不错),大火烧开转中火,加入葱姜片、少许酱油、盐调味,煮至肉熟面筋软烂即可。
