  • 2.鲜虾去壳取虾仁挑去虾线,切小粒;

  • 5.锅里加水2大碗 ,放入姜末、韭菜花与虾仁稍滚一会儿;

  • 7.取适量的淀粉加水搅匀,倒入蛋花汤中搅拌勾芡,加盐油调味即可。(喜欢汤浓稠点汤羹就多放些淀粉)
