    Steps to make 台湾锅贴

    • 1.肉馅里加葱姜、盐、生抽、胡椒粉、鸡精、莲藕末,打入一个鸡蛋,用筷子搅上劲。
    • 2.拿一张饺子皮,在中间放个肉馅
    • 3.在边沿粘点水,用手捏一下粘上即可
    • 4.平底锅里放些油,将饺子摆上中火煎一下
    • 5.水里加少量面粉兑成面粉水,倒在煎饺上,差不多2/3高的样子
    • 6.盖上锅盖,中小火煎制
    • 7.水份不多的时候开盖,火可以大一点,将水份收干即可
    • 8.用锅铲轻轻一铲,美味的台湾煎饺来咯!
