平底锅版---叉烧肉
早就听说了叉烧肉的鼎鼎大名,一直都没有做过。今天用平底锅做的,没有烤箱的朋友也可以试试。刚做好我就切了一些,用生菜卷着吃,好好吃哦!我用了两种猪肉,腱子肉筋比较多,有嚼劲,朋友可以根据自己的喜好选择肉的种类。

  • 猪梅肉650克
  • 白糖20克
  • 蜂蜜20克
  • 黄酒40克
  • 老抽40克
  • 生抽30克

Steps to make 平底锅版---叉烧肉

  • 1.猪梅肉和腱子肉洗净,切大块,不要太厚(我的肉是买的切好的)放入干净的大碗中,放入黄酒,白糖和蜂蜜甜味调料抓匀,腌制2小时以上。
  • 2.再加入老抽,生抽(或蒸鱼豉油)和盐(盐要少些)调味,搅拌均匀腌制2小时以上。
  • 3.将腌制好的肉放入平底锅,煎至两面变硬,将腌肉的汁倒入,调最小火烧。
  • 4.烧至汤汁基本收干即可出锅(因为调料里有糖,所以汤汁不能烧至完全收干,否则味道会变苦,要留一些汤汁)。
  • 5.切片,再淋上一些煮肉留下的汤汁,配饭,卷生菜都很好吃。
