糖烤板栗

家庭懒人版糖烤板栗烤起~~~

  • 玉米油1汤匙
  • 白砂糖25g
  • 清水10g

Steps to make 糖烤板栗

  • 1.板栗冲洗干净,控干水份;(晾干或用厨房纸巾擦干)
  • 2.一手拿板栗,一手拿小刀,用点力在板栗表面划开一个口;(要将表皮切穿)
  • 3.将切好的板栗放入大盆里,倒入一汤匙的玉米油,晃动使每一个栗子表面都均匀裹上一层油;
  • 4.烤盘铺上锡纸,把栗子倒入平铺,放进预热好200度的烤箱,先烤25分钟
  • 5.待烤箱表面有热度了,取一个导热快的碗,将白砂糖和清水倒入,搁置在烤箱上用筷子搅动使其融化;
  • 6.烤25分钟后的板栗刷上糖水,用刷子来来回回反复地刷,最后再烤5分钟,即可!
