Steps to make 杏仁蛋白饼

  • 1.称量好所有原料,将低筋面粉、杏仁粉和糖粉混合在一起过筛;
  • 2. 蛋清用电动搅拌器搅打;
  • 3. 分两、三次加入白糖;
  • 4. 用电动搅拌器打出结实的蛋白来;
  • 5. 分次2--3次加入过筛的面粉;
  • 6.搅匀成粘稠的状态,将面糊装入裱花袋中, 在前面剪个小口;
  • 7. 在烤盘上挤出大小均匀的圆点, 注意留有间隔;
  • 8. 在表面筛上些糖粉, 过五分钟再撒一次,放入烤箱中烘烤;
  • 9. 烤箱预热160分钟, 中下层, 10分钟,按下启动键,听到预热好后滴滴的提醒声时, 预热好了, 再将烤盘放入;
  • 10.烤好的饼干拿出来放凉;
  • 11. 等饼干凉后,在一片上涂抹适量的奶油糖霜,再盖上另一片饼干;
  • 12.下午茶时间, 搭配上咖啡与水果。
