  • 清水10g

Steps to make 焦糖香蕉拿破仑

  • 1.准备食材。
  • 2.手抓饼切去四边,再对半切开。
  • 3.放入烤盘,盖上一层油纸。
  • 4.再压上重物,烤箱预热200度烤18分钟。
  • 5.取出后放凉,先放入一片在成品盘中,裱上白脱奶油。
  • 6.再盖上另一片,再裱一层奶油,香蕉切片,摆放在中间冷藏备用。
  • 7.将白砂糖与水放入锅中,小火熬至焦糖色。
  • 8.香蕉切片,摆放在拿破仑上。
  • 9.然后淋在香蕉上即可。
