广式豆沙月饼

Steps to make 广式豆沙月饼

  • 1.将花生油,转化糖浆,枧水倒入盆中
  • 2.用打蛋器进行混合
  • 3.使之混合均匀
  • 4.加入中筋粉
  • 5.翻拌折叠,和成没有干粉的面团,盖上保鲜膜,松弛两个小时
  • 6.松弛面团的时候,开始一些准备工作,将豆沙分成30克一个的豆沙团
  • 7.然后将松弛好的面团,分成每个20克的面团
  • 8.将豆沙包入面团
  • 9.在少量糯米粉
  • 10.用月饼模具,压出花纹
  • 11.这些材料正好能做50克的月饼20个,卡花的时候可以190度预热烤箱
  • 12.烤箱预热好后,放入月饼,烤五分钟
  • 13.刷上一层薄薄的蛋液(一个蛋黄加少许清水)
  • 14.再次将月饼放入烤箱,180度15分钟左右上色即可
  • 15.刚烤出来的月饼很丑,没关系放2至3天,回油后就好了
