  • 酸奶150g
  • 黄油25g

Steps to make 酸奶吐司

  • 1.将除黄油以外的原料放在一起,揉至扩展阶段,表面光滑;
  • 2.加入黄油再揉至完全阶段后,
  • 3.进行第一次发酵;
  • 4.发酵结束,将面团分割成125g/个,滚圆后进行第二次发酵15分钟;
  • 5.松弛后的面团擀成长椭圆形,自上而下卷起放入模具,在温暖湿润处进行最后发酵;发酵结束,表面刷蛋液,洒适量杏仁片;
  • 6.烤箱预热180℃,下层,上下火,25分钟。出炉后立即脱模,在烤网上放凉,即可!
