想吃原汁原味的海鲜,河蟹。还是做最原始的蒸汽的方法比较好。时间比较重要,不能一起下锅,按照成熟的早晚分几次下锅才完美。

    Steps to make 蒸汽河蟹小海鲜

    • 1.主要原料。
    • 2.麻蛤,扇贝,生蚝,反复清洗,吐净泥沙备用。
    • 3.河螃蟹刷洗干净,放蒸锅里,放花椒,水开后蒸制10到12分钟。
    • 4.放入生蚝蒸制4到5分钟。
    • 5.最后放麻蛤,扇贝,鲜虾蒸制4到5分钟。
    • 6.所有小海鲜,河蟹蒸制成熟,不能过火。(一直要开大火蒸制)
    • 7.醋+生抽+香油+姜末+蒜末,调制成蘸料。
    • 8.蒸汽河蟹小海鲜。
