鲷鱼烧
家里正好还有荔浦芋头和蛋糕粉需要消化,我就做个懒人版的鲷鱼烧吧~~

  • 蛋糕粉200g
  • 鸡蛋1个
  • 牛奶150ml
  • 荔浦芋头1/2个
  • 黄油1小块

Steps to make 鲷鱼烧

  • 1.荔浦芋头洗净、去皮、切块后,隔水蒸熟。
  • 2.芋头块碾压成泥,和白糖、牛奶拌成芋奶馅(适合自己的口味就行)。
  • 3.蛋糕粉➕牛奶➕鸡蛋,搅拌至面糊状。
  • 4.切一小块黄油,加热成液体状。
  • 5.用刷子刷在已加热(小火)的鲷鱼烧模具内壁上。
  • 6.用勺子舀一勺面糊,放到鲷鱼烧模具锅的大概7成满的位置。不能放太多,否则会像我做的第一个那样挤出来。
  • 7.再放入调好的芋奶馅。
  • 8.之后再连鱼尾巴部分一起浇上一层面糊。
