Steps to make 萝卜牡蛎煎

  • 1.牡蛎洗净,沥干水分。
  • 2.萝卜洗净,刨丝。
  • 3.萝卜放锅里煮熟,倒出沥干。
  • 4.韭菜洗净,去头切段。
  • 5.牡蛎和萝卜倒在一起,放入8大勺淀粉和3小勺盐,搅拌均匀。
  • 6.接着放入韭菜一起搅拌均匀成糊状。
  • 7.锅里放油,中火,把牡蛎摊平放锅里煎成金黄色即可。
