Steps to make 【食尚擂台火锅赛区】:香浓馥郁---咖喱火锅

  • 1.熟芝麻、花生米混合,舂碎粉;芝麻酱调入适量盐分次加入少许凉开水调稀,搅拌至呈丝带状。
  • 2.芝麻小料中依个人口味加入辣椒油、白腐乳、花生芝麻粉、蒜蓉调匀。
  • 3.虾从背部剪开挑出虾线,去虾须、虾剑;鱿鱼花切段。
  • 4.洋葱去皮切小块、土豆去皮洗净切滚刀块。
  • 5.锅中火上适量黄油烧热,爆香洋葱、姜片、葱段、蒜粒。
  • 6.调入绿咖喱1勺、咖喱粉1勺,翻炒出油。
  • 7.加入土豆块、上汤,转至中小火烧10分钟。
  • 8.待土豆酥烂后倒入椰浆略烧2分钟,关火。
  • 9.将底料倒入火锅中,配以鱼丸、虾、蘸食小料。
