  • 2.小火。平底锅中间放面糊,一点点一圈圈的抹平散开。
  • 3.放鸡蛋,抹平散开。
  • 4.放小葱绿叶部分,放黑芝麻。
  • 5.待鸡蛋不流动了就可以翻面了。反面刷香其酱。
  • 6.刷好酱就可以关火了,用余热把鸡蛋面加热熟。放上生菜,葱白末,香菜末,香肠。(根据自己的喜好放自己喜欢吃的配料。)
  • 7.出锅,软软的香香的,东北老家的味道。
