电饭煲蛋糕
“松下IH电磁加热电饭煲”还具有制作蛋糕的功能,这足以显示出一机多用的超强大功能。说实话,蛋糕我是经常做,但都是用烤箱烤出来的,用电饭煲做蛋糕还是第一次,由于配料中的粉多蛋少,使得成品显得不是太蓬松,但味道和口感都还是美美哒,做好后我一下子连吃好几块呢~~

  • 牛奶30g
  • 食用油30g
  • 1g
  • 砂糖70g
  • 柠檬汁几滴

Steps to make 电饭煲蛋糕

  • 1.盆中放入蛋黄、牛奶、食用油、盐、砂糖20g
  • 2.将鸡蛋清放入无油无水的盆中
  • 3.用电动打蛋器将蛋清打几秒,挤入柠檬汁几滴
  • 4.在打发蛋白霜期间,分三次放入砂糖50g,打发到硬性状态
  • 5.将蛋黄盆中的蛋黄等食材用电动打蛋器打搅均匀
  • 6.放入过筛的低筋面粉,并搅拌均匀
  • 7.将三分之一的蛋白霜加入到蛋黄糊中,进行切割式搅拌
  • 8.拌匀后再倒入到蛋白霜盆里,继续切割式搅拌均匀
  • 9.将蛋糕糊倒入内锅,并闭合外盖
  • 10.按下“功能选择”按键,选择“蛋糕”
  • 11.烹饪时间设定为60分钟,然后按下“开”按键
  • 12.蜂鸣器响后,表示蛋糕已经烤熟,按下“关/取消”按键
  • 13.打开外盖
  • 14.将蛋糕倒扣到晾架上撒热
  • 15.冷却后便可切块享用啦~~
