潮汕粉粿(面包机版)
“潮州粉粿”形似鸡冠饺形,但为什么却称之为“粿”,这是因为“粿”是潮州小食中历史较为悠久,特别大众化的形式,故人们有时也把形似饺的小食称之为“粿”了。


说到潮汕粉粿除了潮汕人肯定很多人不认识,其实就跟包饺子那样,馅料喜欢吃什么就买什么。

  • 生粉150克
  • 开水200克
  • 粘米粉35克
  • 澄面35克
  • 猪油15克(花生油)
  • 肉沫200克
  • 10只
  • 蚝油1勺
  • 生抽2勺
  • 胡椒粉少许

Steps to make 潮汕粉粿(面包机版)

  • 1.把所有的粉类投进面包机
  • 2.加入开水,启动普通揉面功能
  • 3.揉面进行中
  • 4. 揉至面光滑加入猪油或花生油
  • 5. 取出的粿皮用保鲜膜盖住,醒20分钟
  • 6.把所需的馅料切好备用
  • 7.把搅碎的猪肉和所有材料,调料都混合好备用
  • 8.取一小块粿皮团裹圆,如果有点粘手就把粿皮放在粘米粉上滚一圈
  • 9.把粿皮捏簿,取少许馅料
  • 10.捏好,如图,(也可以按自己喜欢的来包)
  • 11.各种造型
  • 12.锅里坐水,煮开把粿放入锅中,蒸8分钟
  • 13.粿皮捏簿内馅就更清晰
