  • 1.准备好需要的食材。
  • 2.剩菜掰开洗干净备用,大蒜切碎备用。
  • 3.调一碗酱汁(一勺蚝油,3勺生抽,小半勺白糖,半勺盐,一勺淀粉,小半碗清水搅拌均匀备用)。
  • 4.锅中倒入清水烧开,水开放剩菜烫一下立即捞出沥水。
  • 5.沥水后的剩菜摆入盘中。
  • 6.锅中倒入适量油加入蒜末炒香。
  • 7.倒入调好的酱汁煮至汤汁浓稠。
  • 8.淋到剩菜上就可以开吃了。
