【亨氏番茄酱试用报告】菊花鱼
收到试用的亨氏番茄酱后发了一篇试用报告,因之后比较忙,一直没有再放,今天赶快再发一篇,哈哈,不然一篇总是觉得有些少。

     今天做的这是一款糖醋口的鱼,用亨氏番茄酱来调味,菜品味道很赞的。切了花刀之后再炸,形状似菊花,所以叫菊花鱼。因本人刀工欠佳,切的形状不够好看 ,但味道还是很好的。

Steps to make 【亨氏番茄酱试用报告】菊花鱼

  • 1.、草鱼片切下来大块的鱼肉,剔去鱼刺
  • 2.只取肉厚的部分切成方块,一定要是方块,我为了充分利用食材,切了长方形,形状就不够好看了。切十字花刀,但一定不能切透
  • 3.放入葱丝、盐、胡椒粉、黄酒腌制10分钟。
  • 4.干淀粉中加入吉士粉拌均匀
  • 5.把腌好的鱼沾满干淀粉,要沾均匀
  • 6.沾好后放置10分钟左右,让淀粉充分粘贴在鱼肉上。
  • 7.7成热油入锅炸至定型,之后再复炸一般,把鱼炸脆
  • 8.炸好的鱼块备用。
  • 9.锅中倒入白醋和冰糖粉
  • 10.加入亨氏番茄酱
  • 11.量稍微多点
  • 12.煮开后少许水淀粉勾芡
  • 13.鱼块摆盘,浇上糖醋汁
