Steps to make 小鲜肉粽

  • 1.猪腿肉用盐、蚝油、胡椒粉、生抽、老抽、料酒拌匀腌渍半个小时。
  • 2.糯米提前放冰箱冷藏浸泡一晚。
  • 3.浸泡好的糯米沥干水分放入食用碱拌匀,放碱口感好,不喜欢的可以不放。
  • 4.加入腌渍好的肉块,腌渍的料汁也加入,和糯米拌匀。
  • 5.粽叶从中间对折加入糯米用筷子戳紧。
  • 6.加入肉块。
  • 7.再盖上一层糯米,将糯米压紧实。
  • 8.粽叶覆过去。
  • 9.捏紧。
  • 10.左右往中间对折。
  • 11.覆过来。
  • 12.缠线。
  • 13.高压锅水开放粽子,水里加适量老抽、盐。
  • 14.压上碟子防止粽子浮上来,盖上盖子大火煮四十分钟。
  • 15.香喷喷的。
  • 16.肉鲜米糍。自己包的就是肉多多。
