开心果黄油曲奇
曲奇做的很多次,外形没有什么进步,但味道一直都很满意!喜欢它的简简单单和浓郁的奶香!

  • 温室黄油250克
  • 糖粉125克
  • 白砂糖70克
  • 开心果碎粒50克
  • 中大鸡蛋两个

Steps to make 开心果黄油曲奇

  • 1.黄油用打蛋器打顺滑时,加入糖粉和白砂糖打到发白膨胀。
  • 2.鸡蛋分三次加入,每一次鸡蛋和黄油完全混合的时候,再加入鸡蛋液。
  • 3.筛入低粉,用刮刀搅拌均匀。
  • 4.拌好的面糊装入裱花袋,用最大号的菊花裱花嘴。
  • 5.烤盘上放一张油纸,有距离的挤在烤盘上。
  • 6.烤箱预热190度,中层10分钟左右,表面上色就可以了。
  • 7.本人觉的烤嫩点好吃,酥脆的里面的湿软!
