    Steps to make 原味藕合

    • 1.原料图(鸡蛋忘记拍了)。
    • 2.腌制肉馅10分钟(放入料酒 葱姜蒜末 老抽 五香粉 香油 鸡精各适量)。
    • 3.将洗好的藕切成均匀薄片(选藕时尽量选用上下长的均匀的藕,这样夹肉馅时比较严实,不易外露)。
    • 4.将腌制好的肉馅放在藕片上,抹均匀,然后盖上另外一片。
    • 5.做好的藕合。
    • 6.鸡蛋打成均匀的蛋液备用。
    • 7.将做好的藕合,浸满蛋液。
    • 8.锅中放入稍多点油(能没过藕合为准)烧热,放入浸满蛋液的藕合,中火炸至金黄色,出锅。
