玫瑰花面包
再过几天就是中国式情人节——七夕节了,相信这天许多女生都会收到玫瑰花等礼物,并与自己心爱的人一起看个电影,吃个晚餐,度过浪漫的一天!
尽管这些我都没有过,但对于一个吃货来说,“吃”是最能满足,也是最美好的事情,所以,今天做了这款玫瑰花面包来应应景,虽然成品还不是太完美,但吃在嘴里还是非常香甜、美味的。

  • 高筋面粉180g
  • 低筋面粉20g
  • 酵母2g
  • 红豆沙60g
  • 红曲粉2g
  • 玉米油12g
  • 1g
  • 鸡蛋液20g
  • 牛奶80g
  • 40g
  • 30克

Steps to make 玫瑰花面包

  • 1.除了酵母和红曲粉外,其它食材全部放入面包机桶内
  • 2.一个揉面程序结束后(20分钟)放入酵母,醒面1小时后再揉15分钟
  • 3.面团揉好后取出,平均分成两份
  • 4.取其中一份再次放入面包机桶内,倒入红曲粉揉面10分钟
  • 5.将两种颜色的面团平均分成各5份,每份20克左右,滚圆后盖上保鲜膜醒10分钟
  • 6.将红豆沙分成10份,每份6克左右,搓成椭圆形
  • 7.将醒好的面团擀成圆形(最好把边缘擀薄点),并用刮板切四刀,保留中间位置不要切
  • 8.把红豆沙放在面皮中间
  • 9.提起其中一片把豆沙包裹住
  • 10.然后再将对面一片包过来
  • 11.旁边一片包过来
  • 12.最后一片包好后整整形,玫瑰花就完成了(红玫瑰也如此制作)
  • 13.排放在不粘模具中
  • 14.进入烤箱发酵20分钟左右,并放入一碗热水增加湿度
  • 15.发酵好后,在表面筛一层面粉
  • 16.烤箱上下火170度预热5分钟,放入中层烤制30分钟即可,注意,上色后需要加盖锡纸,以免表面烤糊
  • 17.出炉后放凉就可以享用了
